Audio Components is an OEM / ODM for the consumer electronics field specializing in loudspeakers. We design and develop passive, powered and bluetooth speaker systems for many of the most well known and respected audio brands in the world. We were found in 1995 and have offices in three locations in the US with staff in Asia and North America. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to become a part of our team! You will be required to perform a variety of engineering tasks, work within a product development team, interact with our factory partners, and perform project management duties. A keen interest in audio is a plus.

Responsibilities :

This is a full-time role for a Mechanical Engineer. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of mechanical components and systems for loudspeaker products. Daily tasks will include mechanical design, creating CAD models, managing projects, and participating in research and development (R&D). The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and innovations.

Qualifications :

• 5 yrs experience designing plastic injection molded parts
• Proficiency in Solidworks
• Project Management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the audio industry
