Overview
Hebron 121 Station is looking for an experienced Resident Services Manager to support the resident services office. This position will work directly with the Property Manager to support the Resident Services office and activities.

Generate interest about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from other propertiesCommunicate professionally and address all resident concernsIssue lease violations and assist Property Manager with resolutionsComplete resident move-out statements and monthly write offsConduct preparations for lease renewals and resident transfersPrepare and maintain resident log for concerns and services providedServe as a resource for residents and provide appropriate community resourcesBuild lasting relationships to retain and gain residentsUse attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasksCoordinate fun activities for residentsQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plusValid Driver’s License is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Previous experience with multi-family industry software and systemsAble to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely mannerWilling to work flexible schedule including weekendsLegal authorization to work in the United States
