Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on fast-paced concrete work and is ready to hit the road? A South Florida family-oriented and rapidly growing contractor is seeking a Traveling Concrete Superintendent to oversee crews on projects nationwide.

This company specializes in sidewalks, parking lots, ADA compliance, pavilions, dumpster enclosures, grading, and structural concrete scopes with projects ranging from $600K to $1M+. Crews are tight-knit, efficient, and loyal, and the company takes pride in treating its team like family (yes, that means dinners covered on the company card, stocked coolers on-site, and flexibility for family time).

What You'll Do :

• Lead and manage an internal crew of 411, plus subs when needed
• Interpret blueprints and ensure technical accuracy on every project
• Oversee concrete, grading, slopes, and site-related scopes with speed and precision
• Travel nationally (34 weeks at a time) with housing and per diem covered
• Be the point person on-site, keeping jobs moving safely and efficiently
