Team Red Dog is looking for a remote Support Analyst to join our industry-leading technology clients global IT Process and Standards (ITPS) this critical role youll monitor and analyze the health of worldwide datacenter breakfix queues support escalations and ensure timely prioritization that maintains operational reliability across hyperscale environments. Your work will directly impact uptime service delivery and customer satisfaction at massive global scale.
Top Required Skills (Must Haves) :
IT Operations & Service Management (35 years) Experience supporting or managing global IT operations with a solid understanding of incident and service management processes.
