Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a dedicated Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join their esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading initiatives that promote a safe working environment and will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance safety protocols and practices.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage contractor safety programs at our client's location.
• Review and ensure compliance with safety permits and job hazard analyses submitted by contractors.
• Collaborate with on-site service providers to enhance safety programs and culture.
• Develop and implement safe work procedures for hazardous tasks.
• Act as the EHS point of contact for key laboratory processes and respond to on-site incidents.
• Conduct incident investigations and provide corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
