Nikes Air Manufacturing Innovation team is the companys sole in-house manufacturing group recognized for its exclusive expertise in Nike Air this role youll collaborate across innovation product factory and engineering teams to launch new Nike Air products driving industry-leading performance and innovation standards.

To excel as a Senior Technical Developer Air MI a candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution leveraging strong project management skills to deliver results on time and within scope and budget. Manufacturing experience is essential as is the capacity to navigate and influence a diverse network of stakeholdersincluding cross-functional teams factory partners and engineering groups. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to clearly articulate technical concepts manage expectations and drive alignment across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments adapts quickly to change and consistently seeks innovative solutions to technical challenges. A collaborative mindset attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement are also critical for driving Nikes standards of performance and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or manufacturing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience or training
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar technical or manufacturing field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP certification is a plus but not a requirement
• Ability to travel internationally on occasion

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will lead new product development programs from initial brief through manufacturing ensuring clear visibility of cost schedule and performance metrics for all stakeholders. Youll drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability to deliver innovative Nike Air products on time at scale and within budget.
