Job Summary :

Reliance One is seeking a Tax Analyst / Senior Tax Analyst for one of our clients located in Troy, Michigan. This individual will play a key role in preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual tax provisions, supporting compliance activities, and driving process improvements across tax functions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in U.S. federal and state tax compliance, ASC 740, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, including footnote disclosures.
• Support the preparation and review of U.S. federal and state tax returns.
• Manage and review fixed assets.
• Prepare tax-related journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with sales / use tax and property tax compliance in coordination with advisors.
• Provide support to non-U.S. teams to ensure U.S. GAAP tax compliance.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives across tax.
