We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, preferably within the legal industry, and be well-versed in onboarding new employees. You will be the cornerstone of our office operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This full-time, permanent role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

As an Office Manager, your key responsibilities will include :
1. Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Onboarding new employees, including preparing their workstations, facilitating introductions, and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Managing office budgets, including tracking expenses and cost reduction.
4. Liaising with HR to ensure all legal staff are up-to-date with training and development opportunities.
5. Ensuring the office complies with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, preferably within the legal industry.
2. Proven experience in onboarding new employees.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
4. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
5. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
6. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
