Job Title : Electrician Apprentice – Utility-Scale Solar (Travel Required)

Location : Travel-Based (Multiple Utility-Grade Solar Sites)

Description :

Join our growing team as an Electrician Apprentice or Journeyman supporting utility-grade solar construction projects across the region. This is a travel position , ideal for individuals ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow within the solar industry. You’ll work under licensed electricians to assist with electrical installations on large-scale solar fields.

Responsibilities :

Assist with installation of electrical systems for solar PV arrays

Pull wire, terminate connections, install conduit, junction boxes, and panels

Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites

Work closely with licensed electricians and crew leads to complete assigned tasks

Requirements :

Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and desire to learn the electrical trade

Basic hand tools

OSHA 10 (or willing to obtain)

TDLR Electrician Apprentice or able to obtain

Bonus Qualifications :

Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer, mini excavator, lull, etc.)

Prior experience in solar or construction environments

NCCER certification or equivalent is a plus
