JOB SUMMARY

This position cleans and sanitizes HVAC duct systems.

JOB DUTIES

  • Duct Cleaning (Primary Role)

    • Lead residential duct cleaning jobs from start to finish.

  • Operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect duct systems for cleanliness leaks and other issues requiring repair.
  • Educate customers on the condition of their duct system and recommended services.
  • Maintain equipment tools and vehicles in a clean condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold company professionalism at all times.
  • HVAC Maintenance (Secondary Role)

    • Perform routine HVAC system maintenance tune-ups and inspections.

  • Replace filters clean coils inspect components and perform basic diagnostic checks.
  • Document findings recommendations and maintenance reports.
  • Assist senior technicians when required.

    • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
  • Must be a self-motivated self-started results-driven individual
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving record
