Extra Pay & Bonuses

  • Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours.
  • Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day.
  • Performance Bonus : Earn up to 3 CPM extra based on performance.

    • Requirements

  • Age : 21+
  • Experience : 3+ months of recent CDL-A experience (Local, OTR, or Regional in the last 3 years).
  • Equipment Experience : Must have operated trailers over 40 feet.
  • Driving Record : No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the last 12 months).
  • Safety Record : No more than 4 incidents in 3 years and no DOT-recordable accidents.
  • Drug Testing : Must pass hair follicle and urine tests.
  • No SAP Drivers.
