As the founding Account Manager at Rillet, you will define the standard for operational excellence within the Account Management vertical by developing and executing retention strategies from the ground up that unlock the full value of customers’ investment in Rillet’s AI-native ERP.
You will own the renewal strategy, build the frameworks that scale with our company, and work closely with the Head of Customer Success and executive leadership across both Rillet and our customers’ organizations. This is a high‑impact, highly strategic role where you’ll directly influence product, go‑to‑market, and the long‑term success of the business.
