Description

Our client, a growing company in the commercial services sector, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and enhance their accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, demonstrated leadership skills, and a proactive approach to financial management and compliance. This position reports directly to the CEO and includes oversight of one Accounting Assistant.

This is an on-site role based in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Manage sales tax compliance, including preparing, filing, and remitting payments for all required jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage and develop accounting staff.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, streamlining processes, and financial policies.
• Coordinate and proactively communicate with external Fractional CFO to ensure timely support and alignment on financial activities.

Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Our compensation structure is designed to be competitive with industry standards and reflective of the candidate's qualifications and the responsibilities of the role. We consider factors such as market rates and individual skills when determining compensation.
