    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Communications to serve as the chief storyteller, shaping and driving an integrated communications strategy that resonates with a diverse range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, defining and executing a global communications plan that includes internal and external efforts, media relations, and crisis communications. This role is pivotal in amplifying the company's mission and vision, particularly in the context of AI-driven innovation, and will involve leading a team to ensure the company's voice is united and its future vision is clearly articulated. The VP of Communications will also be responsible for fostering employee engagement, building a high-performing team, and being a strong partner in investor communications. To be considered for this role, candidates must be proven change leaders with a strong background in public relations, executive communications, and investor relations, preferably within a high-growth, publicly traded tech company. The ideal candidate will have a global media network, be a talent builder, and possess the ability to inspire and attract top senior-level talent. They should be adept at technical storytelling, capable of translating complex technical innovation into accessible narratives, and be inclusive communicators committed to amplifying diverse perspectives. The role requires a steady individual who can navigate high-stakes moments with clarity and composure, and who is data-driven, with the ability to measure and optimize communication impact.
