Job Title : Mechanical Pressure Vessels Engineer

Location : Mesa AZ

Technical / Soft Skills : 3D CAD drafting standards Pressure vessel or HVAC equipment design ASME codes

JD :

• Design pressure vessels headers and heat exchanger shells for HVAC systems using ASME Section VIII and related standards.
• Prepare detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings in CAD software SolidWorks.
• Conduct stress analysis and thickness calculations (Hand calculations) based on internal / external pressure temperature and material properties.
• Collaborate with process engineers to optimize thermal and mechanical performance.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement and fabrication teams.
• Review vendor designs and ensure compliance with specifications and safety codes.
• Support product cost estimation weight analysis and design-to-manufacturing initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement programs.
