Informatics Analyst

Position Summary    As an Informatics Analyst, you will design, implement, and maintain systems and tools that enable the efficient collection, organization, storage, security, and access of data. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making across healthcare, insurance, and research environments.

Location :  In-person role based in one of the following regions :

• Northern, California
• Central Valley, California
• Colorado
• Montana
• Kansas

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage applications and databases for data collection and analysis.

Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support clinical, operational, or financial goals.

Maintain and optimize electronic health records (EHR) systems and workflows.

Support data governance and standardization initiatives.

Focus Area

Patient care data, nursing workflows, EHR optimization

Clinical operations, patient outcomes, quality improvement

Claims data, cost analysis, population health management

Research data, bioinformatics tools, statistical modeling

Experience with systems such as PowerBi preferred.
