Our highly regarded law firm in Salt Lake City is seeking an emerging Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We would like to hire a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. If you are an attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least three years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of your cases. However, our partners are always available for guidance. You will be representing high net worth individuals, partnerships, and businesses.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of litigation experience (Business and Family Law preferred)
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
• Active membership with the Utah State Bar
• Motivated to grow
