Engineering Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Chino, CA for our Alvarado business. Our products are used worldwide in corporate, government and well-known entertainment facilities, providing seamless flow and controlled entry for security and entertainment applications. The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the company’s hardware and software solutions, including new product design (from concept generation through production implementation), customization and sustainability of existing products.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : Base Salary $140,500 - $158,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data) plus a Short-Term Incentive Bonus. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop new, and enhance the company’s existing products, in alignment with business plans and objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional business leaders, product management, sales and operations teams to provide engineering expertise during planning activities
• Manage and oversee Alvarado’s engineering initiatives, ensuring timely product launches that meet both customer expectations and company requirements
• Lead and grow Alvarado‘s engineering team
