Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide visionary leadership for AI initiatives, ensuring a focus on cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Develop and drive the AI transformation roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of AI projects, from initial strategy and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Educate and upskill employees on AI tools, techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation.
  • Coordinate AI-related activities and projects across departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all AI initiatives, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the AI team.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading AI initiatives and projects, preferably with a focus on AI transformation.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Proficient with AI development tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in cloud computing architectures (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud).
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
