Senior Pricing / Underwriting Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Pricing & Underwriting Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will spearhead the development of our pricing models for self‑funded clients while acting as a catalyst for change across the organization. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven problem‑solver with a deep intellectual curiosity, who is passionate about asking ‘why’ to uncover inefficiencies and build scalable processes from the ground up. As a trusted partner to Sales, Client Success, and Senior Leadership, you will provide the critical insights that drive our growth and profitability, all while thriving in a forward‑thinking environment where we are leveraging analytics to revolutionize our approach to pricing and risk assessment.

What You’ll Do

Pricing & Financial Analysis

• Spearhead the development and execution of administrative pricing models for prospective and existing self‑funded clients.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of large datasets to identify key cost drivers, trends, and opportunities for both global and client‑specific pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including customer and product P&Ls and unit economics, to generate critical insights and drive cost allocation efficiency.
• Design and manage recurring financial reporting, including performance dashboards, monthly metrics, and Board‑level materials.

This is a hybrid position based out of our San Francisco office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week.

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. $107,650—$133,750 USD
