VP of FP&A

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A for their on-prem software division focused on subscription-based recurring revenue. Key Responsibilities Support the company through a successful sale / transaction, interfacing with the PE Sponsor and buyer Quickly gain a deep understanding of the business, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and operational complexities Lead P&L reporting and forecasting processes while managing a team of approximately 15 Required Qualifications 15+ years in FP&A / Leadership with a focus on forecasting and financial modeling Familiarity with FP&A in on-prem software environments is critical Experience in scaled organizations with 500+ employees and $200M+ revenue Background in banking, consulting, or due diligence / advisory is a plus Experience working under Private Equity Sponsors with M&A / transaction background
