- Prepare and organize sterilized instruments, supplies, and materials for dental procedures
- Chairside assist dentists and hygienists during examinations and treatments
- Perform pediatric prophylaxis (Pedo Prophies)
- Float assist across rooms as needed
- Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Record vital signs, update medical histories, and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize and disinfect equipment and maintain infection control standards
- Schedule follow-up appointments and provide clear treatment explanations to patients Qualifications : What We’re Looking For
- Current Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) certification in Minnesota (or eligible soon)
- Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program (CODA)
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- Experience using dental software and digital radiography
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- A warm, team-first attitude and a commitment to patient comfort and care Compensation : $21 - $33 hourly
