About the team / business unit
Join our Registration and Customer Service Business Unit in a newly created role dedicated to delivering quality and timely information to stakeholders and customers. This team is responsible for registering and securing all land transactions in Western Australia's Land Title Register. They also support the Registrar and Commissioner of Titles in maintaining the integrity of the Land Titles Register, meeting the needs of community, government, and industry customers at local, state, and national levels.

The role involves leading a team that provides the first point of contact for a diverse and complex agency of specialists. The team operates from both the Midland and Perth offices, handling customer service through digital, telephone, and face-to-face channels.
You will focus on developing and empowering our team members, adopting the mindset that "We are only as good as our people."
