PLANT LABOR! 1ST SHIFT. STARTING PAY $20.00. WE WILL TRAIN! Willingness to learn and communicate. Some manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work with others in a team environment. You will perform all functions necessary to produce product efficiently and safely as part of a team. Work with various different employees in a team environment to accomplish required tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES : Safely strip forms with an overhead crane. Safely clean forms with hand tools. Read and understand shop drawings. Prepare and install rebar or reinforcing wire. Pour and finish concrete in forms according to quality control standards. Ensuring tools and work areas are maintain and clear of hazards during the day and at the end of each shift. Material movement such as carrying and replacing parts. Finish product in an attractive manner free of cracks and imperfections. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 35-50 lbs. Manual dexterity and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment. Physically capable of heavy concrete construction for a sustained period of 8-10 hours per day. Indoor and outdoor work, Monday through Friday, with some overtime work required including some Saturdays. Required to wear a hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses while working in our plant and / or in the yard.
