Coordinator- People & Culture

You will work closely with the P&C Business Partners and manager to deliver support and provide effective administration and coordination of  day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties using the relevant HR management systems and processes.

• Complies with all safety requirements and observes all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues to promote a harmonious working environment.
• Effectively use the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure information is up to date and accurate in the system
• Organizing Planning and Prioritizing Work Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish your work.
• Prepare weekly reports on progress of Human Resource activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
• Provide administrative training support
• Be a professional motivated and skilled performer
• Provides consistent guidance and adherence to Haile Gold Mine P&C policies guidelines procedures programs and philosophies.  Communicates these policies etc. as appropriate.
