Job Title : Production Line Associate

Primero Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our production team. As a Production Line Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation : Operate, control, and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure the safe and efficient production of goods.
• Quality Control : Inspect products for defects and deviations from quality standards. Report any issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
• Assembly and Packaging : Assemble, package, and label products according to company guidelines, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Material Handling : Safely handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished products using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Machine Maintenance : Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues for prompt repair.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality control personnel, to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
• Documentation : Complete production and quality reports as required, accurately recording production data.
