Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : proven experience in managing construction projects within the multi-family construction industry; strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and timelines effectively; thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes; excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and address project needs; problem-solving abilities to handle challenges and ensure project success.
