Located on a -acre wooded campus, Fairmount Behavioral Health System is a peaceful, therapeutic environment for patients and families. Fairmount is a major regional resource for children, adolescents and adults who have psychiatric and behavioral problems as well as alcohol and drug dependency needs. The spacious campus borders Fairmount Park in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. With one of the leading alcohol and drug detox and rehab programs in Philadelphia, Fairmount is the provider of choice for individuals requiring specialized co-occurring psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team .
The Recruiter Handle recruiting efforts including job postings and requisition management through the ATS. Establish channels of recruitment for all positions. Manage all positions based on a position control system and manage job vacancies to ensure that the jobs are filled with competent candidates. Manage and facilitate the new hire orientation experience, and onboarding. Assist with training and retention efforts. This individual is responsible for HR functions that include but are not limited to :
- Provides full-cycle recruitment efforts : sourcing, phone screenings and in-person interviews, candidate and hiring manager logistics, initiates and monitors salary recommendation, background and drug screens and onboarding
- Monitor ATS daily to respond to new applicants within hours. Screen applications and send them to the appropriate hiring manager. Update statuses in ATS as appropriate.
- Work with other Human Resources (HR) professionals to ensure a smooth recruitment and application process.
- Working closely with company Directors to identify staffing, recruitment, and training needs, and provide solutions using a collaborative approach.
- Establish recruitment channels that generate applications for open positions. Work with local colleges and universities to establish relationships that will result in applicants.
- Manage and facilitate onboarding and orientation of newly hired staff. Respond to questions and needs of candidates and new hires as they go through the onboarding / orientation process.
- Manage and facilitate the new hire orientation experience.
- Making regular contact with new employees during their first 6 months to support employee satisfaction and retention efforts.
- Maintain tracking system in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory requirements.
- Attend all annual in-service meetings and maintain any required certifications

Additional Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of requirement experience. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; decision-making and problem-solving skills; adept in use of routine office equipment; efficiency in computer programs; ability to handle information as strictly confidential.
