    • What You’ll Do :

  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain issues in a way customers understand.
  • Travel to job sites in a company vehicle and complete service calls efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Document work, generate invoices, and offer solutions to improve home comfort.

    • What You Need :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience & EPA certification.
  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort working in various conditions (attics, crawlspaces, extreme temps).
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
