Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for execution and team leadership? National Trade Productions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead multi-channel campaigns across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing teams, and knows how to turn strategy into results.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee and manage a wide range of client accounts, ensuring strategic plans are developed and executed within budget and on schedule
  • Lead and inspire a team of Marketing Managers and Coordinators to deliver exceptional work
  • Own the full marketing lifecyclefrom concept to executionacross digital, print, and experiential channels
  • Develop and manage databases, website content, email and direct mail campaigns, collateral, social media, advertising, and media programs
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Negotiate media trades and manage vendor relationships

What You Bring

  • 57 years of experience in marketing, with a degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Proven success in association or tradeshow marketing
  • Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a gift for data-driven decision-making
  • Impeccable attention to detail across design, copy, and campaign execution
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • A collaborative spirit and top-tier relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot when needed
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving under pressure
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms like Higher Logic, Constant Contact, and HubSpot
  • Direct experience running attendee marketing campaigns for full tradeshow cycles
  • Bonus : Adobe Creative Suite skills and familiarity with graphic / web design
