We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functionality of our office. In this part-time role, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining a well-stocked, tidy, and smoothly running workplace. From managing kitchen inventory to coordinating with vendors, your work will help ensure our team has what they need to thrive.
This onsite, part-time role is based in our Boston, MA office, with preferred hours of 10 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 00 p.m. ET, Monday through Thursday. The position offers $20.00 / hour, and requires access to reliable transportation.
