The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our Admissions and Clinical Services this full-time on-site role you will serve as the first point of contact for new clients conducting intake screenings gathering essential information and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth and timely admissions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on client care and recovery in a supportive mission-driven environment.

Required Skills :
Ability to work full-time on-site. High School Degree / Associates Degree (preferred) AOD and MH treatment knowledge (preferred) Education and training on 42CFR / HIPAA. CPR / First aid training. Phone systems and operating interoffice intercoms. Eligibility and risk factors for potential clients. Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing excel and other word processing systems. Knowledge on filing and record keeping. Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology. Knowledge of workplace violence prevention. Knowledge of suicide / self-harm prevention.
