Wellness Coach

A company is looking for a Wellness Coach who will interact with members to promote health and wellness remotely in PST / MST time zones, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with members to develop health care plans and address barriers to care

Establish supportive relationships with members and caregivers to facilitate access to resources

Conduct outreach calls to enroll eligible patients in health management programs

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with certification

2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably with chronic diseases or behavioral health needs

Experience in managed care or physician office settings preferred

Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred

Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
