Are you a seasoned professional services administrator ready to take ownership of firm operations? We’re looking for a Firm Administrator / Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, billing, payroll, HR, and implement systems that improve efficiency.

This role offers :

Ideal Candidate :

  • 10+ years in professional services administration (CPA, law, or similar).
  • Strong project management and operational leadership experience.
  • Comfortable with payroll, HR administration, billing, and AR / AP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with practice management or financial software a plus.
  • Thrives in deadline-driven environments and can manage multiple priorities.
