Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support the branches in the Pierce Central Region . Your Compensation :

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $20.00 - $25.00.

As a branch employee, you will also be eligible for a wide rangeof incentives tied to certain products and services, paid out quarterly. This plan rewards team members for exceeding production goals set by Credit Union Leadership. When a branch meets its quarterly goals and audit, we provide a monetary incentive to the team members.

As a Float Teller, you are eligible for mileage reimbursement.

What You'll Do :

Teller (Member Service Representative) :

Responsibilities :

As the first point of contact, you will assist our members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.

Our Hours :

To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday, 8 : 45AM - 5 : 15PM or 9 : 15AM - 5 : 45PM, with rotating Saturdays 8 : 45AM - 1 : 15PM, affording a day off during the week.

This is a full-time position ranging from 35-40 hours in a typical work week. Your daily work location will vary based on branch needs primarily located within Parkland, Pac Ave, Downtown Tacoma, Lakewood and Westgate .Our regions are designed based on locational proximity to provide you with reasonable commutes. After floating within your region, you will collaborate with management to join a home location.
