• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
• Regularly audit and monitor case management documentation to uphold quality standards and promote efficient patient throughput.
• Engage in clinical performance improvement activities to enhance care outcomes and resource utilization.
• Manage scheduling, staff education, and competencies, assuming departmental responsibilities in the absence of the Director.
