Job Title : Precast Concrete Installer

Location : Davie, Florida

Company : Aerial Precast Concrete & Structural Steel (APC)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Precast Concrete Installer to join the APC installation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering and installing our custom-made precast products at construction sites, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications for precast installations.
  • Accurately measure, align, and install precast floors, walls, and structural components.
  • Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, lifting equipment, and rigging tailored to precast materials.
  • Execute installations in compliance with company standards, building codes, and OSHA safety protocols.
  • Coordinate closely with installation crew, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive, timely execution.
  • Assist with staging, placement, and securing of materials on site.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience installing precast concrete systems (walls, floors, panels), or comparable construction experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and project specs.
  • Strong knowledge of handling heavy precast materials and working at heights safely.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
  • Physical endurance and willingness to work in variable weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety experience with personal protective equipment (PPE), fall protection, and general construction safety protocols.
