• This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity. Position is available both LOCAL and NON-LOCAL CLINICIANS. Clinic will consider the individual for hire at the end of the contract if all goes well so if candidate is non-local they must provide a statement confirming their interest and availability to relocate and join the clinic permanently if the clinic decides to offer.
• Start Date : ASAP - Contract Length : 13 weeks - Shift : 5x8hr Days 0815-1715 Mon-Fri - Years of Experience REQ : 1 year working in an adult outpatient clinic is REQUIRED - First-Timers Accepted : Yes - Weekend REQ : No; Schedule is Mon-Fri - Certs REQ : BLS - Is on-call REQ No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Possibly between clinics within skillset; Position is primarily at the Beacon Hill clinic but there may be a need to work a shift here and there at the Canyon Park location. To be determine with manager during scheduling. - Open to accommodating block schedule No - Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate

All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - Clinic is looking for someone seasoned and available for potential full time opportunity if all goes well.
