Were seeking a proactive and organizedProvider Liaison & Referral Outreach Coordinatorto take the lead in strengthening referral networks and promoting our medical serviceswhile also supporting front desk operations as needed.

Thishybrid positionfocuses primarily onprovider outreach and referral coordination, with secondary duties in front desk support. Youll be the key connection between our office and local referring providers, helping ensure a steady flow of communication and referrals.

Responsibilities :

• Build, grow, and maintain relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Represent the practice professionally in person during outreach visits and through follow-up communication
• Educate providers about our services, referral process, and patient care quality
• Maintain accurate records of all provider visits, including contact information, referral activity, and follow-ups
• Manage and track provider communications and outreach efforts
• Assist in front desk operations, including patient check-in / out, scheduling, and insurance verification
