Production Planner

Pay : $60k+ Annually

Shift : Day Shift

Type : Direct Hire

Position Overview We are seeking a Production Planner to oversee and manage production schedules, ensuring % on-time delivery of customer orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to optimize production efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and manage production schedules to meet all customer order deadlines.
Analyze sales order releases to determine capacity planning and material requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and other departments to address material status and resolve production planning challenges.
Expedite and prioritize job orders in coordination with Project Managers.
Coordinate and lead weekly production schedule meetings to ensure alignment across teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Regular and punctual on-site attendance is required.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to interchange responsibilities within the department as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively with others and engage respectfully with customers, vendors, employees, and executive management.
