Behavioral Health RN

A company is looking for a Clinical Grievances RN (Behavioral Health) to work remotely in CST, PST, MST, or AZ. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments of healthcare services for appropriateness Facilitate discussions with healthcare providers and members to gather clinical information Manage quality and productivity metrics while collaborating with team members and Medical Directors Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency Experience working in the Behavioral Health field as an RN 3+ years of total RN experience, including clinical experience in an inpatient / acute setting Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite Ability to work remotely in CST, PST, MST, or AZ during standard business hours
