Job Description
Quality Manager :
- Set, direct, and support priorities for the Quality team
- Develop departmental metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage NCRs, inspections, SPC, gauge maintenance, and cost of quality
- Lead problem resolution and customer quality issue responses
- Liaise with customers and attend supplier conferences
- Review 8D reports and corrective actions
- Actively participate in APQP, FMEA, and quote review meetings
- Maintain IATF 16949 certification and improve Quality procedures and manuals

The Successful Applicant
Quality Manager :
BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience5-10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably metalworkingStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standardsAutomotive industry experience preferredSkilled in leadership, problem-solving, and process improvementExcellent communication and team-building abilitiesWhat's on Offer
