Seeking a Board-Certified Neonatologist for a locum tenens position to provide 24-hour coverage at our Level II+ NICU . Join a collaborative, supportive team providing high-quality neonatal care in a well-resourced setting.

ON : July (Mon Tue), July (Fri Sun), July (Wed Thu)

OFF : July , July

Block 2 : Monday, August 25, 8 AM Friday, September 5, 8 AM

ON : Aug (Mon Tue), Aug (Fri Sun), Sept 3 4 (Wed Thu)

OFF : Aug , Sept 1 2

Shifts :

24-hour coverage : 8 AM 6 PM on-site overnight call from home

7 total shifts spread across each 1.5-week block

Facility & Practice Details

NICU Level : Level II+

Beds : 15-bed NICU with an average daily census (ADC) of 4.5

Mother-Baby Unit ADC : 11 (Assist with rounding based on census)

EMR : Cerner

Delivery Attendance : On request

Supervision : No supervisory duties required

Social workers

Requirements

Board Certified in Neonatology Required

Active NY State Medical License Required

Certifications : BLS, NRP, PALS Required
