  • This is a jack-of-all-trades opportunity — if you can fix it, clean it, secure it, or haul it, we want to hear from you.
  • You’ll be handling various tasks to help maintain and protect vacant or foreclosed properties.
  • We value dependability, quality work, and crews who understand the importance of on-time photos and reports.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) :

  • Lock changes and securing properties Debris removal and trash-outs Winterizations Lawn and yard maintenance Minor repairs (roof patches, steps, doors, windows, etc.) Boarding up broken windows / doors Taking before, during, and after photos for all work completed Completing work orders via mobile apps or web portals Requirements : Must have your own truck, tools, lawn equipment, and smartphone Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a photo ID Proof of General Liability Insurance Ability to follow work order instructions and complete jobs on time Clear, timely communication Photo documentation is a must Experience with PPW, Pruvan, or similar apps a plus Why Work With Us?
