Successful candidates will :

• Identify and cultivate relationships with real estate advisors / brokers, sponsors, and developers that can evolve into capital advisory opportunities.
• Manage the full deal cycle from outreach to closure, ensuring the quality of client and capital request deliverables, with support from leadership along the way as needed.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail through written and verbal communication.
• Operate within a team framework to identify the most promising opportunities for pursuit.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of underwriting, credit policies, and financial markets.
• Participate in real estate and finance conferences and events with the team (ICSC / CREFC / GlobeSt / MBA / Interface and more).
• Demonstrate forward-thinking and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, with a talent for negotiation and client relationship-building.
• Be self-motivated by a 100% commission structure.
• Embrace a team-oriented mindset.
• Have 2+ years experience in the banking, finance or investment real estate industry.
• Embrace a culture that is about consistent improvement and always "working smarter" with the help of technology and streamlined processes at the forefront.
• Encourage a collaborative mindset within the capital markets team, fostering teamwork and cooperation with the nearly 200 individuals in the SIG management, support and advisory teams.
