Technical LeadSolutions Architect

We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to lead the charge in transforming a mission-critical commercial application from its legacy foundations (including Citrix-based components) into a cloud-ready containerized powerhouse.

This is not a role for a sideline strategist. You will be the player-coach at the heart of the engineering team -setting the technical vision architecting the solution mentoring the team and ensuring engineering excellence from the first line of code to the final deployment.

• With the client technical team and architects pioneer the modernization roadmap architect the end-to-end technical vision for migrating the clients core application to a modern stack. You help create the strategy for de-coupling services and charting the path to a scalable microservices-based architecture running on Kubernetes.
• Drive Technical Design and Execution : Lead design sessions make critical technology choices (frameworks tools patterns) and ensure the solution is not only elegant but also robust secure and performant.
• Champion Engineering Excellence :  Establish and enforce best practices for the entire software development lifecycle. You will lead by example in code reviews define CI / CD pipeline strategies and foster a culture of quality and automation.
• Lead and Empower a Talented Team : Mentor a team of skilled engineers guiding their technical growth and fostering a collaborative environment. Youll support and guide unblocking challenges and inspiring innovative solutions.
• Translate Vision into Reality : Serve as a key technical liaison between the engineering team product managers and executive stakeholders. You will articulate complex architectural concepts and a clear compelling technical narrative.
