About the Role

As a People Operations Associate at Solace, you'll be the backbone of our employee experience and operational excellence. You'll own critical moments in the employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and offboarding to compliance, procurement, and recruiting coordination. You'll bring structure, speed, and empathy to everything you touch, ensuring our people operations run smoothly and scale efficiently.

You'll work closely with the Head of People and collaborate across teamsincluding Finance, and Recruitingwith direct visibility to the CEO. This is an opportunity to help shape the foundation of a fast-growing healthcare startup.

What You'll Do

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience : prepare systems access, equipment, and documentation to ensure every new hire feels supported from day one.
• Coordinate welcome communications, training schedules, and first-week logistics.
• Manage offboarding with care, ensuring a compliant, secure, and positive transition for departing team members.
