Maintain operational documentation and communication channels. Support design community programming and internal events across multiple design hubs. 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Procurement Operations, or Program Coordination. Demonstrated experience with procurement systems (Ariba, Icertis, SpendSmart). Strong proficiency in Figma administration and design tooling management. Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones. Excellent documentation and process management skills.

Location- San Francisco, CA / San Jose, CA (3 days onsite)
Pay rate- $60-67 / hr on W2. (NO C2C)

About role :
- This position combines traditional DesignOps support with significant procurement responsibilities. The role supports our Design organization across North America (Bellevue, Portland, San Francisco, Toronto, and New York) and Europe, focusing on four key areas : procurement and vendor management (25%), operations and documentation, enablement and tooling, and programming support.
- The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Procurement Operations, or Program Coordination, with strong Figma administrative experience.
- While this is not a design program management role, candidates with operational experience combining program coordination and execution are welcome.
- The position reports to the Design Operations Program Manager and requires close collaboration with DesignOps, IT, Procurement, and Finance teams.
