Physical Therapist

SUMMARY : SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Department Director and the Physical Therapy Supervisors, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.

Physical therapist to perform evaluations and treatments in outpatient therapy clinic. Hours will be 4-10 hour days, day off to be determined at time of hire. Would also consider 3-12's and 1 4- hour day. We have a great team to mentor a new or experienced PT. We boast high patient satisfaction and we are treating in a 1 : 1 environment, so your patient care time is dedicated to a single patient.

Will be cross trained to support acute care but primary area will be outpatient care. Required to work 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend per year minimum.

SPECIAL SKILLS : Strong written, verbaland interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE / CERT : Required : PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION : Required : Bachelors - Physical Therapy
