Portfolio Manager I HUD

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Vice President of Servicing the Manager I on the Loan Servicing & Asset Management team is responsible for supervising Account Managers and overseeing the performance of our HUD / FHA commercial real estate portfolio. The Manager ensures compliance with regulatory GNMA and internal policies while delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

Essential Functions

• Supervise daily functions of Account Managers and organize workflow to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Act as liaison and manage internal / external client relationships.
• Review and approve financial transactions such as escrow holdbacks and capital draws.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with IT to improve workflow efficiencies.
• Evaluate and assign risk ratings through the Asset Quality Reporting process and participate in Asset Recovery Group planning sessions.
• Recommend and implement policy and procedure revisions.
• Be present in the office to work and collaborate in-person with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned; duties responsibilities and / or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
• Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures including without limitation acting professionally at all times conducting business ethically avoiding conflicts of interest and acting in the best interests of Keys clients and Key.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71000.00 - $122000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
